We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge of analytical equipment. You work from home in The Netherlands or from the Amsterdam office and work with clients in North West Europe.
Job Description
This company produces analytical equipment, primarily for pharmaceutical companies. You are responsible for a broad portfolio of clients that you are in direct contact with as Key Account Manager/Sales Manager. You develop and execute sales strategies to increase the revenue, are the main point of contact for clients, attend conferences, produce and deliver technical sales presentation, and provide on-site or virtual demonstrations. We are thus looking for an experienced account manager or sales manager with a chemical background. You work with a team of technical experts, other sales managers, support staff, and laboratory staff and report directly to the VP of Sales. You are based in The Netherlands and some (international) travel is required for this role. The Dutch office is located in Amsterdam, where you will occasionally attend meetings.

Profile
Master or PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related
At least 5 years of technical sales experience
Pharmaceutical experience or network is a plus
You are based in The Netherlands
You speak English, other languages are a plus

Salary indication: €70-100.000,- annually, excluding commissions
