Job Description
As project manager, you are in direct contact with clients to understand their project needs, decide on the project scope and deliverables, and ensure smooth progress and delivery of the project. You are in contact with the internal department that develops the processes, the manufacturing teams, the QC team, the QA team, the finance team, and the engineering teams where needed. This company can produce a wide range of biopharmaceutical compounds and they have experts in every department. To understand the client and the experts well, we are looking for someone with extensive experience in a (bio)pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities
- Oversee complex projects related to biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Talk to clients about project scope, progress, and deliverables
- Liaise with all internal departments, from process development to finance
- Ensure progress on the projects and manage client expectations
- Act as point of contact for all queries regarding these complex projects
Profile
- Master or PhD in biotech or another relevant field
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience managing complex projects
