We are looking for an Outsourcing Coordinator in the field of Clinical Immunology. In this role you are responsible for the outsourcing strategy and contracting for Immuno assays for various vaccine programs. Furthermore you will build on existing relationships with contract research organizations while qualifying new possible partners.
Job Description
As an Outsourcing Coordinator within the Clinical Immunology department you work closely with other roles in the department to successfully outsource activities. Additionally the group is responsible for feasibility and qualification of clinical sample processing laboratories and supports the sample logistics.
Responsibilities
- Managing the realization of vendor contracts in a timely manner
- Function as Point of Contact for vendors to obtain Scope of Works, PO management and be involved as needed in issue escalations
- Assess the feasibility of Sample Processing Labs selected for PBMC isolation on clinical samples for cellular testing
- Ensure a sufficient quality of isolated PBMCs before qualification of the sample processing laboratories
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Understand basic sample requirements for clinical trials
- Build and maintain an internal and external network to optimize the feasibility process
Requirements
- HLO/WO in biological / medical sciences
- Minimal 1 year outsourcing contracting experience within pharma
- Minimal 2 year working experience pharma/ academic world
- Communicative skills, fluent in English
- Basic management skills
- Trained in GLP, GCLP or GMP is an advantage, but training is provided in house
