Job Description
You ensure the planning and full supervision of a team working on innovative therapies, they handle patient material and have a high responsibility. You ensure that they have everything they need to succeed in their work, and help them grow and develop, personally and professionally. This means you are up to date with all cGMP matters and documentation, and the SOPs relevant to your team. Within the organization, your input as Team Lead is highly valued and used to implement improvements and changes where needed. You have a broad set of tasks and will also be able to grow and sustain your team over the years by hiring candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10-15 FTE
- Coach, grow, and train your team
- Work on GMP documentation and SOPs
- Track performance of the team and individuals
- Identify problems and work on improvements and solutions
- Conduct formal performance reviews
- Participate in larger projects with peers and upper management
Profile
- At least HBO degree or equivalent through experience
- Extensive managerial or team lead experience, supervision of large teams is key
- Fluency in English
- A scientific background; biology is ideal due to the nature of the work
- Extensive experience with a quality system, ideally cGMP
- Willing to work in a two-shift system

- Salary indication: €5400-6000 per month + shift allowance
