Job Description
We are looking for motivated technicians for various departments within an international pharmaceutical company in the Groningen region. You will be trained internally to work under GMP regulations and independently carry out your tasks.
Responsibilities
- Cell culture from small to large scale and working with bio reactors
- Biochemical purification processes on a large scale, such as column chromatography and filtration
- Preparing media, buffers, and other solutions under sterile conditions
- Microbiological tasks, such as determining microbial counts, bioburden, and environmental monitoring
- Chemical and biochemical analyses, such as HPLC, IEF, CE, ELISA, etc.
- Administrative tasks such as batch record review, technical writing, and maintaining databases.
Profile
- Completed MLO/HLO education in life sciences, biotechnology, microbiology, chemistry, or process technology
- Work or internship experience with one of the above-mentioned techniques and/or fields
- Familiarity with working under GMP is a strong positive
- Independent, accurate, and good at maintaining an overview
- Good command of both English and Dutch
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Conditions
- Employment: start via Oxford, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment
- Salary range: €2500 - €3500 gross per month (excluding any additional allowances)
