Job Description and Responsibilities
- Ability to develop project plans for large implementations and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successfully to plan.
- Participate in client requirements gathering, solution definition and proposal presentation meetings with sales pursuit team.
- Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
- Manage project scope and utilize appropriate change control mechanisms from inception to closure.
- Assemble capable personnel to form the project team, prepare team for project kickoff, develop a collaborative culture and provide coaching to optimize performance.
- Clearly communicate realistic project delivery commitments and consistently deliver against those commitments.
- Incorporate an appropriate level of quality audits and testing into every project.
Requirements
- Possess 5 to 10 years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Involvement in one full SAP CRM implementation lifecycle. Experience shall also include the following:
- Experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures
- SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools
- Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration
- Experience with SAP CRM analysis, design, and documentation skills
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3
- Desire certification in relevant modules of SAP CRM
- An existing right to work in the EU required
