Job description

We are looking for an R&D chemist for an internationally leading and growing company focused on the production and (further) development of organic polymers and coatings. You will join a dynamic European team of about ten R&D employees. The main responsibilities for this role include the management of new product development projects and technical support to internal and external customers. Responsibilities

  • Elaborate and European of research projects in collaboration with R&D manager
  • Consulting scientific publications on the research themes
  • Developing new analysis and measurement methods to support R&D and quality control
  • Reporting research results
  • Managing and developing developments with external parties


Profile

  • PhD (or experienced MSc) in Organic Chemistry
  • +/- 5 years proof
  • Expert in organic chemistry and previous work experience in the area of polymer synthesis and coating application (emulsion polymerisation would be an advantage)
  • Good command of English language, Dutch is a pré
  • Curious, communicative, proactive, hands-on and involved
