Job Description
- As R&D technician you'll be responsible for vaccine development for poultry
Your responsibilities
- Participate in one or more of our or parasitic or bacteriological research and development projects for poultry vaccines.
- Planning, execution and reporting of studies in collaboration with a project leader.
- Design, development and validation of new in-vitro or in-vivo test methods.
- Maintain contacts with other departments involved in the vaccine development (production, quality control and animal research departments).
- Running studies according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Safety Health and Environment (SHE) compliance requirements.
- Interacting closely with team members within own and other departments.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor or Master's degree (HLO/Wo).
- Experience in laboratory techniques in the areas of parasitology, molecular biology, or bacteriology.
- Affinity or experience with vaccine development.
- Experience with GLP and SHE requirements is an advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Good command of the English language.

- Employment type: Temporary with realistic extension possibilities
- Salary indication: €2500 - 2900,-
