For this temporary position, we are looking for a training specialist with a background in QA or experience working in Quality Management Systems.
Job Description
As QA Training Specialist you will work in a small team within Quality systems. This allows you to take on a lot of responsibility in a position that will specifically be focused on training all the staff in. Besides your standard activities (see below), the company is also working on the implementation of a new quality management system (QMS). You can contribute to this by assisting in the implementation and validation of the system, from start to finish. You will train colleagues and ensure the integration of the program within the company's working methods.
Responsibilities
- You will be the primary systems administrator for the learning management system (assign who needs to do which trainings a.o.)
- Support the team on general learning management
- Design, develop and implement content
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage the overall course structure
Profile
- Completed HLO or HBO education in the field of life science or related topics
- Experience with working with a Quality Management System (QMS) is a must
- Experience with administrative work; this experience is preferably gained in a GMP environment
- Independence, critical and accurate working
- good communicative and social skills, team player
- professional knowledge in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Working conditions
- Employment: Temporary contract through Oxford Global Resources
- Salary indication: €4000 to €4500 per month
- Working hours: full-time (32 hours is negotiable)
