With forecasted growth and an increasing number of third party engagements to manage, the client plans to implement a new Contract Management System (CMS). Current processes for creating, amending, and archiving contractual documents, are not scalable enough to face the new environment.
Job Description
- The objective of the project is to deploy a new industry-standard contract management platform that will allow managing the entire contract lifecycle.
- Implementing the best CMS system for the client is a team effort. By consulting and including team members from Finance, Procurement, Vendor management, Operations, ITS, Commercial, HR, and so on, we will make sure that the new CMS will be meeting all the client needs.
- A phased implementation approach will be adopted.
- The first phase will start in March 2020 and run for approximately 6 months.
- Option to extend to future phases.
Responsibilities
- Working in close collaboration with business and implementation teams to implement the system and prepare handover to the Operations team
- Managing all resources in an ITS project, both internal as well as external resources
- Creating and managing Project and Communication Plans
- Reporting on project status, identified risks and timelines
- Providing input into the ITS project portfolio planning and resource management and collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and Business Partner
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical regulated environment
- Knowledge of validation, compliance and GxP
- Proven experience leading complex Information Systems project
- Proven experience in implementing cloud platforms
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Familiar with one or more project management methodologies
- Good communication skills, both in English (must) as well as in Dutch (preferred) or French (a plus).
