IT Infrastructure Transformation Program Manager

Location:

Level of experience & years
* Proven expertise in setting up and leading global IT Infrastructure Transformation Initiatives (7 yrs +)
* Proven interpersonal skills and experience in leading distributed teams in global environments (5 yrs +)
* Experience in setting up and leading program streams (3 yrs +)

Role Description
* The Program Organisation includes new technology Projects, which are executed by Group IT Infrastructure for the decentral organised IT Teams and the business they serve
* Group IT Infrastructure Organization covers o Group IT Infrastructure Competence & Standards Team (Architects, defining the infrastructure standards)
o Group IT Infrastructure Project Teams (driving central design projects, central rollouts and deployments)
o Group IT Operations and Service Delivery (covering Group wide Operations like WAN and Service Management Standards)

* Major stakeholders for the projects in scope are
o Group IT Infrastructure Competence & Standards Team o Group IT Operations Teams
o Decentral IT Support Teams o IT Directors within the business to plan and initiate the projects
o Solution Teams, who are requesting and consuming the standard services (such as Azure, AWS Standard Cloud Architectures)

Required skills and proficiency
* Broad infrastructure architecture knowledge
* Familiar with state-of-the-art infrastructure services, especially in Networking, Data Centre, Cloud, AD
* Proven ability to work with toolsets including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel and pivot tables, PowerPoint, MS Project
* Basic understanding of data models and systems design
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Self-starter mentality
* Ability to analyse and structure data that matters to build reports, metrics and KPI
* Very good English skills (verbal and non-verbal)
* Strong customer and business mindset

High Level Objectives​​​​​​​
Facilitation of Program Management for central driven Projects. Setup, implementation and facilitation of Program Management Standards, Reporting and issue resolution focus across Infrastructure competences and services, especially for new transformational technologies (such as Office365, Azure DC) Tracking of overall program schedule, critical
deliverables and ensure transparency to Program Sponsors.
