Job Description
As Manufacturing Team Lead, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ±15 manufacturing associates
- Drive daily production activities in a GMP cleanroom environment
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards
- Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and batch documentation
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and Manufacturing Compliance teams
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement
- Work in a 5-shift manufacturing schedule
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing
- Experience within Cell Therapy, ATMP, Biopharma, Biotechnology, or Advanced Therapies
- Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic manufacturing, deviations, and CAPAs
- Hands-on manufacturing mindset with strong people leadership skills
- Fluent in English
Employment Conditions
- Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 gross per year
- 27% shift allowance (included for pension and holiday pay calculations)
- Initial 12-month contract with intention of permanent employment
