Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical testing industry, is seeking a dedicated Senior QA Systems Supervisor. The organisation is known for its extensive range of chemical and physical tests for pharmaceutical products and offers services to both national and international clients.


Job Description:
The Senior QA Systems Supervisor will lead the QA Systems team, coordinating tasks and actively participating in daily operations. This role involves managing a team of approximately 5 FTEs and ensuring continuous quality improvement within the organisation. The supervisor will report directly to the QA Manager and will be responsible for implementing global, European, and national procedures, managing licenses, overseeing equipment life cycle, conducting internal audits, and supporting external audits.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA system staff
  • Support and guide team members to ensure effective task execution
  • Allocate work, establish work agreements, and monitor progress
  • Conduct personnel reviews in collaboration with the QA Manager
  • Approve equipment, facilities, and utilities
  • Oversee the implementation of GMP rules and procedures
  • Coordinate back-office during client audits and authority inspections
  • Establish and monitor Quality KPIs related to QA systems
  • Drive quality improvement projects within the QA system
  • Act as backup for the QA Manager for QA system-related tasks


Profile:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QA systems
  • Experience in leadership roles or project management
  • Familiarity with GMP and GLP
  • Minimum educational requirement: HBO
  • Proficient in English


Benefits:

  • Salary: €3500-€4500 per month based on full-time, with potential to grow to €5000
