Job description

As part of a major capital investment program known as Predictive Plant Acceleration, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated consultant to serve as a pivotal tactical and technical project lead. This role will play a critical part in realizing our commitment to cutting-edge technologies such as Process Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Automation, Predictive Analysis, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the procurement process, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and liaising with vendors.

  • Assist in the qualification process (IQOQ) and contribute to algorithm development and validation during the initial setup phase.

  • Rapid cleaning verification methods using Ion Mobility Spectroscopy (IMS)
  • Procurement and deployment of smart sensors (temperature & flow) for in-process testing
  • Support the deployment of at-line protein/DS concentration methods/algorithms during compounding stage (UV-based methods or alternatives).

Profile

  • Demonstrated understanding of cGMP requirements within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with equipment qualification and related documentation.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Method Validation and related documentation.
  • Familiarity with Data Science tools (Python, MatLab, Spotfire, and others).
  • Knowledge of Robotic sciences in a manufacturing context.
  • Previous experience in Biopharmaceutical Drug Product manufacturing is highly advantageous.
