Job Description
This growing pharmaceutical company develops its own products and therapies for common diseases, bringing them to market. In this role, you will work within the team developing immunological assays. You will be responsible for developing and executing assays (e.g., ELISA), as well as acquiring, analyzing, and processing data. All of this is done within GLP quality guidelines. With your knowledge of pharmacokinetic assays and immunogenic assays, you are an asset to the team, helping the company develop new therapies and methods.
Responsibilities
Performing and developing immunoassays such as ELISA, ECLIA, etc. Working with techniques such as flow cytometry, (human) cell culture Designing plans and experiments under the supervision of project leader(s) Processing and interpreting data, bioanalysis Working according to strict GLP guidelines Collaborating in a team of researchers and scientists Striving for continuous improvement and development of yourself and the department
Profile
Completed HLO in life science (possibly WO education with a practical mindset) At least some work experience in immunology and immunoassays Experience with ligand binding assays, ELISA, preferably under GLP Experience with FACS, human cell culture, and molecular biology is a plus Good command of (Dutch and) English language Communicative, independent, investigative, goal-oriented
Candidates with a completed PhD unfortunately are NOT eligible for this position
Terms of Employment
Employment: 12 months with possibility for long-term extension
Salary indication: € 3000 to € 3900
Working hours: 40 hours per week
