Responsibilities:
As Senior Lab Technician Immunology you will be responsible for setting up down-stream and conjugation processes, conducting activities related to the purification and chemical engineering of vaccine components. You will develop, optimize and validate new conjugation vaccines.
Requirements:
- Down-stream and conjugation processes;
- Purification;
- Chemical engineering vaccine components;
- Developing, optimizing and validating new conjugation vaccines.
Profile
- Bsc/Msc degree in Biotechnology or Organic Chemistry;
- 2-5 years' experience working in HPLC/UPLC using various techniques such as SEC/IEX/RP;
- Experience with SDS-PAGE, SEC- or FFF-MALS is a plus;
- Experience with GMP is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Dutch is a plus.
Benefits:
- Salary indication: €3100-€4200 bruto per maand;
- Contract: 1 year with the intention of extension;
- Full-time: 40 hours;
- Region: Utrecht.
