We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Program Manager to lead global transformation initiatives within Quality Management Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for driving standardization, harmonization, and integration of quality processes across a complex international organization.
You will provide strategic oversight and execution of enterprise-wide QMS programs, ensuring alignment across multiple functions including manufacturing, supply chain, supplier quality, and commercial operations.
In addition, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, improving compliance, and enhancing audit readiness while leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable, efficient, and compliant quality systems that support critical business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale Quality Management System transformation programs across global operations
- Define program governance, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Drive standardization of core quality processes such as CAPA, change control, audits, and training
- Ensure alignment across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and supplier quality functions
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations at all levels
- Deliver clear executive reporting on program progress, performance, and value realization
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams to implement and optimize QMS platforms
- Promote continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in PMO, Quality Systems, or transformation program management
- Background in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma, or similar
- Proven experience leading global and cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and governance frameworks
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, ISO, GMP, and GDP
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and matrix environments
