Function
In Verviers we are looking for a project specialist cell culture media. You are the first point of contact for the clients!
Tasks
- Be the interface between the Customer and the company to ensure execution and delivery according to expectations.
- Understand the Customer's needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for questions or issues regarding contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all agreements (e.g. Development, Commercial, Quality).
- Operate according to PM training profile assigned processes and standard work to effectively manage projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the customer project.
- Provide timely demand signals through IBP forecasting as per requirements of the product type/customer
Profile
- Bachelor or master biomed or biochem.
- Good communication skills.
- English/ French is a must!
Needed: Existing right to wok in Belgium
