Job description
We are looking for a Process Development Lead for a company in the Brussels region within the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- The Process Development Lead is responsible for leading process development projects aimed at improving existing industrial processes
- You will be responsible for acquiring knowledge of the processes involved in existing products and developing new processes for both existing and new products.
- This role supports the company's mission and vision by ensuring sound process knowledge and innovation that align with the strategic objectives
Profile
- A bachelor in Sciences with proven years of experience in a comparable domain, Master's degree or Ph.D. in Sciences
- Extensive expertise in process development and an understanding of analytical methods.
- 5 years of experience in a similar or comparable position in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Proficiency in using software tools: JMP, Minitab, MS Project, Microsoft Office.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to draw up a long-term plan.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and influencing stakeholders
