We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to support a high-performing Food Quality Laboratory. This role centers on preparing samples, materials, and routine documentation needed for testing activities. It is well-suited for individuals who enjoy structured workflows, hands-on tasks, and contributing to the smooth daily operation of a quality-focused laboratory. Responsibilities
- Prepare plant samples for quality testing
- Perform repetitive sample preparation tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Support colleagues with preparation of media and carrying out testing
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of laboratory materials, consumables, and controls
Requirements
Completed MBO-3/4 or HBO education in a biology-related discipline
Willingness to learn and good attention to detail
Understanding of laboratory quality standards
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and process improvement
