Role Description
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will help produce high-quality products by following clear instructions and safety standards. This role involves working in a clean, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is important.
Responsibilities
- Assemble tubing, connectors, and bags for medical products
- Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product drawings
- Measure and build products to customer specifications
- Inspect products during and after assembly
- Keep accurate records and maintain safety and cleanliness
- Work as part of a team and support process improvements
- Work in a cleanroom environment with PPE
Profile
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Basic math and good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a cleanroom
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Can stand and move for 8-12 hours per shift
- Able to wear protective clothing (gloves, hair net, safety glasses)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Employment Conditions
- Region: Perth
- Salary: £12.65 per hour; annual equivalent approximately £26,312
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Shift pattern: Early shift 06:00-14:30, late shift 13:30-22:00
- Contract: Temporary for 3 months
