Job description
As Lead Field Service Engineer, you are the direct supervisor of two FSEs and you are very hands-on involved too. This company develops analytical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, so you are regularly visiting pharmaceutical companies across Europe to install, repair, calibrate, and validate this equipment. Next to your hands-on work you are the main point of contact for the team with questions and you do the performance reviews. The team is experienced and can work very independently, so only limited supervision is required. Outside of these tasks, you oversee the quality aspects of the technical services department and support sales with technical questions from clients. Your office and laboratory is in Amsterdam, so we are looking for someone nearby Amsterdam.

- Oversee a small team of Field Service Engineers
- Perform Field Service work yourself;
- Installations, reparations, qualifications, etc
- Oversee the Quality (documentation)
- Travel across Europe
Profile
- Bachelor or Master in a relevant field (chemistry, biology, engineering, etc)
- Strong technical experience
- Leadership experience is a big plus
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- Willing and able to travel across Europe
- Living in the vicinity of Amsterdam
