Role Description
As a Crop Operator, you'll work in a modern greenhouse caring for plants every day. Tasks include sowing seeds, pruning leaves, harvesting crops, and keeping the greenhouse clean and organized. You'll also help prepare facilities and handle plants with care. This is hands-on work that requires precision and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Daily crop care: sowing, pruning, harvesting
- Remove and prepare plants for research and production
- Keep the greenhouse clean and organized
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Support the team with additional tasks when needed
Profile
- Love working with plants and being hands-on
- Careful and detail-oriented - quality matters!
- Able to read and write in English and Dutch
- Physically fit for bending, lifting, and standing
- Can follow instructions and work in a structured way
- Team player, flexible, and willing to learn
- Experience with greenhouse work or machinery is a plus
- Open to working with different crops and tasks
