Job Description
You will become part of an international pharmaceutical organization, focused on advanced cell and gene therapies. Working in a state-of-the-art GMP cleanroom, you will contribute to the manufacturing of innovative medicines while receiving comprehensive onboarding and continuous training. As a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician, your responsibilities include:
- Executing manufacturing activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom using aseptic techniques
- Performing cell culture processes, including media preparation, cell expansion, and harvesting
- Accurately completing batch records and manufacturing documentation
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations while supporting quality investigations
- Maintaining high standards of GMP compliance, quality, and safety
- Contributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working in a 6-shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Profile
- MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably within cell therapy, ATMP, or biopharmaceutical production
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Good communication skills in English
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
- Willingness to work in a 6-shift rotation

Employment Conditions
- Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus 30% shift allowance
- Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
