Job Description
As a Cell Therapy Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Performing manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom while following aseptic techniques
- Culturing cells and tissues according to GMP standards
- Preparing media, expanding cells, and performing harvesting activities
- Completing production and batch documentation accurately
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations to maintain product quality
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department
- Working in a 6-shift rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Profile
- MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a GMP cleanroom environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills in English
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work in a 6-shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Employment Conditions
- Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, based on experience, plus 31.3% shift allowance
- Contract: Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
