Job Description
As a Cell Therapy Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom while following aseptic techniques
  • Culturing cells and tissues according to GMP standards
  • Preparing media, expanding cells, and performing harvesting activities
  • Completing production and batch documentation accurately
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations to maintain product quality
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department
  • Working in a 6-shift rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Profile

  • MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a GMP cleanroom environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to work in a 6-shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Employment Conditions

  • Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, based on experience, plus 31.3% shift allowance
  • Contract: Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
