As a Business Developer, you're driven by the potential of preclinical molecular imaging and eager to get the translational and drug development research community just as excited. You thrive independently, devising strategies to establish new connections through digital outreach, personal interactions, and conference participation. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will craft and bolster a robust business development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Propagating awareness of modular benchtop imaging solutions and representing our nuclear molecular imaging offerings at international conferences.
- Pioneering market entry for modular benchtop imaging solutions, penetrating segments new to molecular imaging.
- Leveraging CRM tools as indispensable aids in your strategy execution, recognizing their value second only to our exceptional products.
- Collaborating with product managers and sales colleagues to shape and own the business development strategy, its planning, and its execution.
- Embracing the opportunity to evolve into a Head of Business Development, overseeing a portfolio of molecular imaging products.
Profile
- Scientific background in biology, medicine, bio-engineering, or related field, with a keen interest in mastering the intricacies of molecular imaging tools.
- Proven experience in sales or commercial roles, with a track record of successfully closing deals with new customer segments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Ideally based in Ghent, enabling easy local team and network establishment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to collaborate with colleagues at Bruker Preclinical Imaging in Germany and for global engagements as required.
