Trainer ERP II

Responsible for establishing the Training curriculum

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the deliverables to meet the end users needs
  • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with Process Area teams, Process Owners and business SMEs to confirm the accuracy and relevancy of the curriculum
  • Obtain approval and sign-off for curriculum, training, and performance support materials from designated stakeholders
  • Create new content as needed, leveraging existing project documentation, stakeholder expertise, and personal expertise
  • Support Audience Analysis ensuring the delivery method and extent of content matches the audiences requirements for learning how to do their job
  • Update training content based on feedback from Super Users, RunSAP support teams, training survey results, Incident Tickets, Change requests
  • Create course content that is process oriented with supporting task oriented job aids, UPKs, etc.
  • Coordinate with Training Services team (QA/Standards and Publication) to achieve the successful completion of materials: quality and accurate content, delivered on-time and on-budget 
  • Provide feedback to Training Delivery team regarding availability of content in relation to Testing, Train-the-Trainer, and end user timeline 
  • Meet deadlines for monthly/weekly RunSAP releases

Requirements

  • Has experience with a variety of training Deliverables including: ILT, WBT, UPK, JA, Trng Environ, Practice Lab and can closely integrate course learnings across the deliverables
  • Has the ability to create measurable learning objectives and Knowledge Assessment questions
  • An existing right to work in the EU required
