1.2 Billion investment CAPEX project. Greenfield site with an administrative building and 4 other buildings. Project status; construction complete, clean rooms have been implemented, electrical is being completed, mechanical almost completed, administrative almost complete. Project due to be completed by July 2021
Job Description
- Responsible for company System Owner for Heating Ventilation, Chilled Water and Plumbing Installations
- Regular technical Assessment of the ongoing installation for ventilation, chilled and hot water including Plumbing services.
- Review and examination of design and technical documentation including installation documentation such as drawings, schematics and technical data sheet according to company requirement.
- Review of Commissioning and Handover Reports for Heating, Ventilation and Chilled Water Systems.
- Attendance during coordination meetings with designers, Construction Management, Fabricators, Suppliers and Commissioning teams
- Reporting to Project Management and Coordination with the internal Project Teams such as Process, Automation, Electrical and internal Stakeholders such as Quality, Utility, EHS including Manufacturing
- Construction Walkdown and Checks including mitigating Services Collisions during installation for heating, Cooling, Ventilation and Plumbing services together with the designer, Contractor and Construction Management.
- Technical Support and attendance during Balancing and Commissioning of the Ventilation, Chilled Water, Hot Water and Plumbing Services, generating punch list and implementing corrective measures.
- Generating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions including input into Safety instructions and defining Alarm procedures.
- Check and review As Build drawings and final handover documentation
Requirements
- Preferred of a Building Services Engineer or Building Services Technical or proven experience in large construction projects in HVAC and plumbing services.
- Min. 5+ years of experience in large scale construction projects, preferably Pharma supervising installation of heating and Chilled water pipework including Ventilation and plumbing services.
- Experience of commissioning of HVAC Systems
- German (written and speaking) and English
