Service Desk Agent

The main job duty is to handle incoming queries and help to solve requests from end users during the production rollout of browser hardening settings and further removal of unsupported web browsers across 45 000+ organization. It's expected that SD Agent will track installations, troubleshoot failures, remote desktop connection and run automated scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Browser hardening
  • Rollout of browser settings
  • Upgrade of existing browsers and removal of unsupported browser
  • Support end users during the rollout; roubleshooting

Requirements

  • Strong command of English plus French or German 
  • Work experience on similar role in global organization incl. remote support to end-users 
  • Basic experience on scripting and automation, client-orientation
  • Able to handle multiple requests at a given time
  • Fast learner of the environment
  • OTRS Service Management experience a benefit
  • An existing right to work in the EU required
