In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all expert panel activities are carried out as planned.
Description
You will be part of the rapidly expanding Sensory & Consumer Expertise department. You will work with sensory specialists to prepare, organize and conduct sensory sessions with our trained French-speaking panel.You will ensure that our sensory laboratory is maintained and that all activities for our expert panel and internal prototype evaluations are planned and executed on time and in consultation with the specialists.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and make available all the material required for the sessions with the trained panel.
- Ensure that product tastings are carried out in accordance with the instructions of the sensory and consumer analysis.
- Organize the preparation of samples for each tasting session.
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the sensory laboratory.
- Assist sensory and consumer specialists in documenting.
- Assist and provide information to panellists during tastings.
- Organize the dispatch and arrival of samples for panel testing
Profile
- Preferably knowledge of food safety and/or good laboratory practice.
- Good organization skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written French is required, with a good knowledge of English and other languages a plus.
