A client of ours are looking to add to their IT Security Team and in doing so are in need of an IT Security Team Lead with experience in SOC and playbook operational procedures to come on board and manage a team of 2-3 Security Analysts.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing possible mistakes by Level 2-3 Security analyst and recommending how to fix or improve them.
- Making sure everyone is working as a team
- Playbook is followed or modified
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with playbooks and Soc operational procedures
- 5+ years people management experience
- 5+ Soc working experience
