Title: SCCM Application Packaging Specialist
Start date: ASAP
Length: 6 months + extensions
Location: Remote
Schedule: Remote working EU timezone, preferred start time of 7am(CET)to improve overlap with APAC work hours

Essential Duties, Responsibilities:
Strong level skill set with multiple years' experience with Windows OS, software applications
Experience with large scale Windows OS rollouts and upgrades
Participate in rollout of Windows 10 laptops using SCCM, InTune, and AutoPilot.
Work with Intune and SCCM tools to deploy software applications.
Help create software application packages using Orca, InstallShield, AdminStudio, or vendor-supplied packaging tools as needed.
Provide occasional assistance in troubleshooting and resolving software deployment issues.
Experience with desktop management tools (SCCM)
Strong application packaging skills (experience with InstallShield or related packaging tool a plus)
Flexible work hours may be needed occasionally to support differences in times zones within the region.
Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Work Experience Requirements:
Strong knowledge in IT Support Operation or ITIL certification
Strong/Solid technical knowledge in systems, infrastructure
Extensive years or more working experience in Windows OS and software applications
Dynamic, flexibility, vibrant personality, ability to think out of the box and apply creatively solutions
Effective interpersonal skills essential to maintain good working relationship and empathy with technical and non-technical users
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including ability to produce user guides, diagrams, and flowchart
Process good presentation skills in IT and business solution
Good team player mentality and ability to display leadership skills
