Title: Flemish/Dutch speaking Lead SAP Master Data
Project: The client are running an integration project to bring a small brewery which had been operating as a separate entity using their own ERP (MS Dynamics) into the company central ERP (SAP ECC6.0). They are at design & workshop phase of this migration. They have a migration team (externals) who will do the actual migration work but are having issues as the Master Data is in Flemish, and they have no Flemish/Dutch expertise on the team. Go live is targeted for about Oct, then will have post go live period to end of the year. The plan is to keep most Master Data in Flemish.
Role:
There are 2 aspects to the role -
Master Data Analysis & data cleansing. Preparation for migration (this is the main activity for this role). The migration itself will be done by another team
The consultant will also be expected to have some leadership skills as will need to act as back-up for the Project Manager when he is on vacation or absent, and be a general help to the Project Mgr. Primarily Admin/PMO type tasks, but also leading the status calls and making sure they keep the project on track
The scope of the project is to pull standalone Belgium company to Global SAP template. This company's ERP language is Dutch.
Scope of Master data is overall across modules with less focus on sales / commercial area (customers). Indeed specifically vendors, materials, bill of materials, cost centers, accounts, contracts etc.
We expect the person to be involved in:
understanding the current setup of the company;
helping other PP, MM, FI consultants to understand it;
gathering and validating data;
maybe some translation, the main language of Global ERP is English.
Must haves:
Fluent/native Flemish (or Dutch, but Flemish is strong preference)
SAP Master Data - mix of Materials, Vendor, Finance. Customer not needed.
Consultant needs to be based in Belgium or near Belgium
Some Leadership skills - PMO and/or Project Mgmt skills, however this role will be primarily hands on

Experience with PM & spare parts Master Data
Data Migration skills with LSMW
