Sales Support Administrator

The position of Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the team with a variety of tasks to help ensure a high level of service is provided in accordance with the Oxford business model, as well as making sure that all offices run as smoothly and effectively as possible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Daily processing of new candidate information into the database

  • Perform daily checks on sales activities and assignments in the CRM system in order align data with financial systems.

  • Manage job posts on own and external websites

  • Working on all job boards to ensure enough credits are available, placing and tracking job adverts and analysing and reporting data on job activity

  • All aspects of office management such as welcoming guests, ordering refreshments and stationery, liaising with office suppliers, ordering promotional material, and other ad-hoc duties as necessary.

  • Performing ad-hoc projects as required, analysing data and reporting

  • Liaising with new contractors to provide all required onboarding information

  • Supporting the sales team in preparing for job fairs and events by preparing documentation and equipment, planning travel and ensuring everything is organised for transportation.

  • Coordinate shippings, order office supplies

  • Supporting marketing on providing ideas and content for marketing news items on business website/linkedIn, delivery/compilation of advertising text, send periodic mailings.

  • Any other reasonable duties that may be defined by your manager from time to time

  • In this role you will closely work with the sales team consisting of account managers and recruiters, the financial and legal department both local and international.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Must be assertive and highly organized with the ability to multi task and to be pro-active

  • Good communication skills verbally and in writing in both Dutch and English

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office is required, specifically Excel

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

  • Knowledge and experience of using social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

  • Preferred level of education: MBO+ or HBO

  • 1,0-0,8 FTE

Experience

Some experience of working in an office environment or in an administrative role would be beneficial.
