Job Summary

Manages the System Requirements Processes and the System Requirements Engineers inside a project

Duties and Responsibilities:

Owner of the Requirements Management Plan (system, HW, SW)

Tailoring the requirements corporate process to the customer and core projects

Implementing the ASPICE Methodology into customer and core projects

Tailoring the Requirement Review Process to the customer and core projects

Integrates the Requirements Management Plan into the Project Engineering Plan

Defines the Requirements Documents Structures

· Defines the traceability strategy

Define the lifecycle of requirements inside the projects

· Updates and maintains the requirements management plan continuously

Requirements reviews

· Organizes and Moderates the Requirements Review on the system level

Decides based on the maturity of the requirement if it should be forwarded to the next level

· Assign customer requirements to different disciplines for analysis

Identify together with the System Requirements Engineers relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements System Engineer Coordination

· Leads and coordinates the system requirements engineers and plan together with them the requirements activities

Requirements Metrics for the Projects

· Define together with internal and external stakeholders the project metrics

· Provides and presents the metrics to the internal and external stakeholders

Change requests

Handle the internal and external stakeholder change requests and provides a planning for the analysis of these items

Requirements process definition

· Support the process managers into updating the corporate process continuously.

Owner of the Requirements Document Structure

· Defines, creates and maintains the requirements document structure in PTC

· Defines and supports together with the Engineering Tool Support team the Toolchain used for the System Requirements Management

· Imports new stakeholder requirements documents

· Manage the list of the stakeholder requirements documents.
