We are looking for a team leader for the QC laboratory of our pharmaceutical client. You will be responsible for coaching the QC analysts and upholding the quality standards according to GMP.

This company is a pharmaceutical company that produces generic medicine. The quality of the products should be of high standard. In this team lead position you will help to ensure the correct and timely analysis of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilites
Divide and plan work for 10 to 15 QC analysts
Monitor and maintain goals and achievements
Build and maintain relationships with other departments (R&D, QA etc)
Support and develop the employees (identify gaps in knowledge and organise trainings)
Rate and discuss progress with team members
Methods used in this laboratory include:
Instrumental analyses (for example: HPLC, UPLC)
Wet Chemistry (for example: spectroscopy, UV/IR)
Visual tests
Your Profile
Experience with: pharmaceutical processes, chemical analysis methods, and GMP
Experience with Instrumental analysis such as HPLC, GC, KF
Process automation (pre)
Familiarity with Lean
Good Knowledge of Dutch and English (verbal and in writing)
Dutch speaking candidates have an advantage (the QC team is Dutch speaking)
Work ethic: proactive orientation, solution oriented, open and coaching attitude
Conditions
Position: prospect of permanent employment
Salary: from € 3000 to € 4500 gross monthly
Wokring hours: fulltime (40 hours per week)
