Job Description
For our client in Verviers we are looking for a temporary lab technician.
Responsibilities
- Ensures testing and release of media or raw materials according to schedule. Assists in maintaining the department's quality systems.
- (Main responsibilities)-Analytical activities: Sampling, identification and release of raw materials.
- Physico-chemical analysis of raw materials, liquid and powder culture media.
- Microbiological analyses and endotoxin assays. Bacteria identification: transplantation, Gram staining, Vitek, etc. Sterility tests on culture media, reagents and supplements.
- Cell culture.
- Reading and encoding of analysis results.
- Sampling and analysis of water used in production.
- Monitoring of the working environment.
- Other tasks: Cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory and its equipment. Major contributor to the revision of QC procedures. Major contributor in the management of deviations / investigations. Management of laboratory consumable stocks. Management of small lab equipment.
Requirements
- Education-Diploma (required): Bachelor's degree in education.
- Field of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry.
- Language Requirements: French. Proficiency Level: Spoken and written.
- Work Experience-Field: Experience in a GMP field is a plus.
- Existing right to work in Europe
