Our client is a leading semiconductor company and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Switzerland. As a Senior PM/PMO you will be looking at streamlining their projects to improve development cycle, development cost and time to market. 3-9 months, English speaking, start immediately.
Job Description
Your role as a PMO role/Senior Project Manager is to align all Project Managers across 8 different business units to streamline their projects and to improve development cycle, development cost and time to market in the overall company. Initial analysis on current projects and processes to identify a strategy for our client to improve and streamline their development cycles, development costs as well as their time to market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of high-quality semiconductor project and program management - not just reporting.
- Solid understanding of IC design flows for various complexity levels, from full-custom ASICs to SoCs
- Experience in leading a team of project managers or a project management office
- Analytical mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement and organizational change
