Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility product transfer initiative. This strategic transfer is driven by increased volume demands and

the goal is to fully complete the transfer by Q4 2026. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams across two international sites, ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders, driving timelines, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product transfer program across two European sites.
  • Develop and maintain program timelines, ensuring deliverables are met in alignment with Q4 2026 goals.
  • Work closely with the technical lead, taking over stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, packaging, quality, and regulatory teams across sites.
  • Monitor and manage the transfer of 35-40 process steps, with a focus on finishing and packaging operations.
  • Support validation, documentation, and training activities as part of the transfer.
  • Regularly engage with senior stakeholders to provide updates and escalate critical issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a program management role dealing with product transfers. Typically, will have greater than 10 years' experience.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources through strong people management by demonstrating good program management practice
  • Familiarity with the use of project tools such as project plans, Risk logs, RACI documents, schedules, communication plans, etc.
  • Should possess solid understanding of medical device product lifecycles with experience leading programs.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across the business.
