Job description

The laboratory compliance specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and scientific accuracy of data generated in support of product characterization, release, and stability testing. Working within the Clinical Release and Stability group, you will review analytical data across a range of techniques and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, GMP standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough data reviews for a variety of analytical techniques, including chromatography, dissolution, Karl Fisher, particle size analysis, UV, IR, NIR, titration, etc.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant regulatory regulations, analytical methods, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Scientifically evaluate and interpret generated results to support product characterization, release, and stability.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or a Master's degree in science.
  • A background in the pharmaceutical industry is required and essential.
  • Practical experience with analytical techniques is an asset.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in experiments and taking responsibility for the outcomes.
  • Ability to work efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, and be dynamic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, results-driven approach.
  • Sense of urgency in meeting project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English; understanding of Dutch is a plus.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
