We are looking for a Lab Coordinator to plan resources, analysis planning and on time delivery of departmental objectives.

Job Description

As a Lab Coordinator your responsibility is the management of all laboratory practices. This includes but is not limited to resource planning, analysis planning and on time delivery of equipment maintenance and validation. The operational team develops and executes assays for the production of pharmaceutical products. Assays mainly performed are ELISA and biological assays, although additional/ new assays are regularly assessed and developed. You will be part of planning and coordination of continuous improvement and process excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative management of lab activities including planning and preparing study materials, equipment qualification/validation/maintenance, and other administrative research duties.
  • Execute and document experiments to study and characterize processes for production.
  • Write, review and edit accurate technical documents and reports
  • Work with a cross-functional team to ensure robust production.
  • Support investigations, identify root cause for critical deviations to maintain routine manufacturing operations and determine CAPA for manufacturing
  • Other lab duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • HLO, BSc and MSc in a relevant field e.g. immunology, biochemistry, Life sciences;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a technician in a similar environment;
  • Management experience is considered a big plus;
  • Relevant experience in biological assays (ELISA / Virus Neutralization assays);
  • English is a must, Dutch is considered a plus;
  • Valid Dutch work permit is a must;
