  • Take meeting minutes and maintain project documentation
  • Manage and update project records, risk logs, and reporting documentation
  • Support project financial administration, including budget tracking, PO and invoice validation, and reporting deviations
  • Produce project status reports for stakeholders and senior management
  • Support project preparation activities, access requests, work permits, and project administration
  • Monitor and follow up on health & safety actions on-site
  • Liaise with project managers, operations teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and maintained to company standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process feedback

Musts:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator or Project Support professional
  • Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering or technical projects
  • Strong coordination, administration and organisational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Excel
  • Experience managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs and reporting
  • Fluent English
  • Able to work 5 days per week on-site in Brussels
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

Pluses:

  • Data centre experience
  • Experience within energy, life sciences, semiconductor or similar technical construction environments
  • Exposure to mechanical and electrical projects
  • Dutch and/or French language skills
  • AutoCAD knowledge
  • Project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, IPMA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of health & safety processes on construction sites

  • Long-term opportunity with an initial contract until December 2026 and strong extension potential.
  • Work on large-scale data centre and infrastructure projects within a fast-growing, highly technical environment.
  • Gain exposure to multiple projects, stakeholders, and all key aspects of project coordination, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Join a structured and professional project team with strong processes, governance, and best practices.
  • Excellent opportunity for Project Coordinators and PMO professionals looking to broaden their experience and grow toward Project Management roles.
