Job Description
Our client is a medium sized specialist in email marketing. The company is characterized by an open atmosphere with a strong focus on personal development and interest. To support their growth we're searching for a front-end developer with JavaScript skills. The front-end is a single-page application developed in JavaScript that requires HTML and CSS expertise. You should also be comfortable with PHP in order to extract data from the back-end and use it in their front-end. By combining all of these approaches, you can become the greatest front-end developer in the world!
Responsibilities
- Developing the front-end in JavaScript;
- Having HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX experience to develop with;
- Using MySQL, MongoDB to fetch content to display on the frond-end;
- Improve the current CI/CD techniques and work with traditional bare metal setups as well as virtualization ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master IT related, or self-taught with work examples;
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a big plus;
- At least three years of experience with JavaScript;
- A sharp eye for UI and a good feel for UX;
- Experience with designing, writing and testing code;
- Experienced and/or affinity with working with LAMP stack;
- Knowing your way around in Ubuntu.
Terms of employment
- Employment: direct;
- Salary indication: EUR 3500 - 4500, based on education and level of experience;
- Working hours: full time, 40 hours;
- Vacation days: 25 days;
- Region: Amsterdam;
- Remote: 50% remote/50% on-site;
- Travel allowance: 19ct/km or Public transport 2nd class completely covered;
