For our client we are looking for an experienced IT Specialist that can take the lead in process and IT environment transformatio. You will work in a highly adaptive and challenging environment with a varied range of duties and responsibilities.
Job Description
In this position you will work on re-designing the digital business and IT strategy of the company. Where you will be working with new technological developments and to help solve concrete business applications.
Responsibilities
- Building combined business and IT roadmaps that support the planning and execution of digital transformations.
- Define future mode of operation and translate this into the implementation of effective digital IT solutions.
- Contribute to successful IT-driven change processes with a focus on organisation, processes and people.
- Leading implementation projects and work closely with solution providers and implementation partners.
Requirements
- A master's degree, preferably in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (Chemistry or Pharma) where you have been able to gain experience in digital transformations based on traditional processes and procedures.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in supporting digital transformations e.g. in ICT consulting and data services.
- Demonstrable experience with ISA 95 Level 0 to 4 (Device-ERP), ISA 88 and Industry 4.0
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
