T Infrastructure Project Implementation Manager
Location: Brussels (preferably), alternatively Katowice (PL) or Dublin (IE)
Level of experience & years
* Proven experience in IT Project Management (5 yrs+), preferably in Infrastructure
* Proven experience in working in a global matrix organisation (3 yrs+)
* Master's degree or equivalent (preferably in technology or business administration)
* 3-5 years professional experience in similar role and/or consulting
* ITIL/PM certification a plus
Role Description
* This role will be part of the Transformation Program Team
* Main activities, but not limited to, are
o Capture requirements from Senior Management, Business side and major internal stakeholders (e.g. Controlling)
o Planning of Initiatives (Time, Scope, Budget)
o Drive transformational efforts through successful implementation and operation
o Report to Senior Management
* This role will partner with all Group IT Infrastructure functions, Controlling, Infrastructure Directors within the Business as well as Solutions Stakeholders
* This role will work directly with the Group IT Infrastructure Management for the outlined strategic objectives
Required skills and proficiency
* Very good understanding of KPI Management within IT, preferably in the IT Infrastructure and/or Operations Management
* Ability to analyse and structure data that matters to build reports, metrics and KPI
* Very good English skills (verbal and non-verbal)
* Good financial understanding
* Experience in preparing decision making material and documentation for Senior Management
* Ability to present to Senior Management
* Familiar with state-of-the-art IT infrastructures and operating models
* Proven experience in working with Microsoft Office

o support the segregation execution program
o the implementation of KPIs for Operations,
o implementation of KPIs for Projects
o implementation of time tracking and scope controls for Projects
o supporting controlling with implementing financial controls for Operations and Projects
o implementation of a demand management process
