For one of our clients located in Diegem, we are currently looking for a "HR Business Partner".

Job Description

Our client a well known player on the pharmaceutical market is urgently looking for a new "HR Business Partner", with a couple of years experience.
You will have a various selection of responsibilities within the HR department and take the lead in different kind of projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • HR projects

  • Rollout and communication to business and employees on working with Captive Center in Budapest in cooperation with SBS

  • Support local business and employees in Diegem and Brussels with regards to HR processes like: Performance cycle, compensation cycle

  • Work closely with Employee Experience (payroll & administration) to settle new processes linked to outcome projects - eg telework, expense allowances, flex compensation plan. Therefore understand current process to support in new flow design (Workday, payroll system)

  • HR Sharepoint - updates

  • Inventory of active CLA's

  • Reports in Workday for various purposes: analyzes, prepare for CLA negotiations, prepare for performance management, ….

Requirements

  • A few years of experience in HR and understand impact on social process

  • Strong transactional skills, autonomous, solution oriented

  • Languages: NL / FR / ENG

  • Tools: preferably some knowledge of Workday; MS Office

  • Payroll tool: eBlox (only for consultation)

  • Medior/senior profile
