Responsible for executing a complete embedded software development lifecycle. The goal is to create scalable and optimized Firmware software systems.

Job Description and Responsibilities
  •  Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
  •  Design, develop, code, test and debug system software
  •  Review code and design
  •  Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
  •  Integrate and validate new product designs
  •  Support software QA and optimize I/O performance
  •  Provide post production support
  •  Interface with hardware design and development
  •  Assess third party and open source software

Requirements
  •  Hands on experience in Embedded C Programming with RTOS based Application Development, Testing, Debugging, Verification and Validation, for 16/32 bits Microprocessors/ Microcontrollers required
  •  Proficient experience on Embedded Software Development for Industrial Applications, Applications Porting from one Platform to other, Communication Protocols (RS232/RS422/RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) required
  •  Working experience on RTOC uC/OS-II will be an added advantage
  •  Familiarity with development and testing of Board Support Packages for RTOS
  •  Experience in Software Development through Agile SDLC
  •  Able to create and execute Test Cases as required and prepare Test Reports
  •  Able to participate in design review, code review, Test cycles as required
  •  Familiar with using various Configuration management tools (SVN, JIRA), Requirements Tracking (DOORS, Confluence), Jenkin Build Framework etc.
