Job Description
For our client Janssen Vaccines & prevention, we are currently looking for a coordinator of their facilities. You will coordinate the daily activities which are involved in the smooth operation of a pharmaceutical company.Janssen is passionate about the development, production and marketing of vaccines to prevent and combat infectious diseases such as COVID-19.The Facilities department is a must for the high efficiency at which Janssen  operates. In the next few years this will become more and more important, all whilst keeping costs competitive. As a Facility Coordinator you will be working with a diverse team and will be working closely together with many different departments. Your actions will determine the site performance and will be essential to all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of facility services is compliant to EHS&S and Quality standards;

  • Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering;

  • Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers;

  • Ensure compliance with good commercial, laboratory and manufacturing practices, Environmental Health and Safety and other regulations;

  • Support Energy saving & Sustainability initiatives;

  • Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects;

  • Provide change management to implement Global Facilities strategies and initiatives at the site;

  • Establish a high performance and continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking and sharing of best practices;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field of expertise;

  • 5 years working experience in a related field of profession;

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is considered a plus;

  • Good interpersonal skills in order to work with many different disciplines/nationalities/levels;

  • Proficient Dutch and English;

  • Strong focus on EHS&S and GMP Quality;

  • Availability to work in a strong demanding and changing environment;

  • Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods;

  • Reports to Facility Supervisor;

  • Contract: 1 year through Oxford Global Resources, Longer-term could be possible depending on business factors, but no promises can be made at this stage;

  • Salary: €4000,- till €4700,- gross monthly based on level of experience;

  • Hours: full-time

  • Holidays: 25 (+12);

  • Startdate: Asap;
