Job Description
The DSP Specialist position is much more than a standard laboratory position. You will be working with different volumes and play an essential role in the production processes and quality of medicines. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a great sense of responsibility. You will be responsible for the purification of these products.
Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision but as part of a team, you will plan, prepare and execute DSP experiments
- Typical unit operations are filtration and chromatography
- Perform experiments at pilot scale or in scaled down models
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1+ years of experience or Apprenticeship with 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, e.g. biotechnology or pharmacy
- Relevant experience with purification techniques, DSP, chromatography, ultrafiltration, diafiltration
- This is a lab-based position and the ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work
- Candidates with a PhD are considered overqualified and will not be considered
- English is a must, German is a plus
- A valid Swiss work permit of EU passport is a must
