We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist with experience on the marketing and customer engagement domains in order to join the Customer & Consumer Data science team.

The new Data scientist will actively participate in strategic projects that will shape how the company interacts with its patients and its customers.

The ideal candidate has experience in marketing DS projects such as market mix models, demand forecasting, promotion-response analysis and key-driver analysis.

The candidate will be joining an international heterogeneous team and will be joining interdisciplinary projects together with other scientists, engineers, marketing experts and buisness leads.

A Data Scientist II is an emerging talent with curiosity to answer questions through data exploration and modeling. He/she will develop models & AI data products applied to a broad range of business use cases related to commercial and customer analytics. Results of this work will be realized in a variety of ways, including interactive visualizations, presentations, publications, web applications, predictive algorithms, and APIs.

Functions:

Apply data science expertise to multiple commercial and customer analytics projects

Apply analytics to individual-level data and/or marketing data sources, including data regarding media and digital audiences, ad-tech and digital clickstream to attribute sales and operations impact

Build models, algorithms, simulations, and performance evaluation by writing highly optimized, deployable code and using state-of-the art machine learning technologies

Improve & customize existing ML pipelines in order to answer complex business questions

Build general ML models and deploy them in different markets.

Use data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and data technologies to scope, define and deliver AI-based data products

Work on full spectrum of activities from conducting experiments to delivering production-ready models

Work with developers, engineers, and MLOps to deliver AI / ML solutions.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, economics, computational sciences or a related quantitative discipline and 4+ years of analytical experience, or PhD in relevant domain along with strong coding skills

Demonstrable experience in promotional-response analysis, market mix models and/or key drivers analysis

Experience AI / ML modeling of complex datasets, preferably commercial or customer analytics

Expertise with the core data science languages (such as Python, R, Scala), and familiarity & flexibility with database systems (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)

Comfortable working in cloud and high-performance computational environments (e.g. AWS, Apache Spark, Databricks)

Excellent written and verbal communication, business analysis, and consultancy skills

Conditions:
